Ori and The Blind Forest: Definitive Edition Coming to PC Next Week

Ori and The Blind Forest: Definitive Edition

Microsoft’s popular game, Ori and The Blind Forest: Definitive Edition, was released for Xbox One last March. It was also scheduled to be released on PC but the date was not confirmed at that time.

Well for those of you who can’t wait to feel this game coming to your PC, then your wait seems to have paid off. Microsoft has finally released the exact release date of Ori and The Blind Forest: Definitive Edition for the PC platform. April 27 is the exact date this game will be released. That means next week you can already buy this game

Well, Microsoft also announced the price for this one game. If you already have the original version of Ori and The Blind Forest on your PC, then you only need to pay around 5 USD to get this Definitive Edition. Meanwhile, if you are a new buyer, you will be charged around 20 USD for this complete game. And another plus is that the save game Ori and The Blind Forest is compatible between platforms. This means that save games on PC can also be used to play on Xbox One. Very flexible, right?

Actually, the PC version is also scheduled to be released in March at the same time for the Xbox One console. But for the PC itself was experiencing a setback schedule. Microsoft itself only briefly explained that this schedule delay was taken so that later the PC version could be perfected and provide a maximum gaming experience. It’s not clear what Microsoft means, but we’ll find out on April 27.

Ori and The Blind Forest: Definitive Edition will present some new content such as new areas, new music as well as additions to the storyline and several new skills such as Light Burst and Dash. And for those of you who find it difficult and unable to finish this game in normal mode, an easy mode is also provided in this Definitive Edition.

This Definitive Edition itself is here to answer the requests of fans who want new game content. And Moon Studio as the developer finally took an important step not to make DLC but to create a new game which is a special edition which contains additional content which is feedback, suggestions and criticism from Ori and the Blind Forest players. Moon Studio promises a big surprise because considering the time it takes for this game itself to reach almost a year. Quite a long time.

And I think this game should be added to the list of games that you buy because the original version of this Definitive Edition managed to reach the seventh position in the order of the best games last year. So this game is quite promising it seems. We’ll just have to wait for April 27th!
