Pokémon Sword and Shield: Galar Pokémon League

Like other regions, Galar also often holds tournaments to determine the best Trainer, which is called the Galar Pokémon League. Those interested in participating must go through the “preliminary round,” defeating the eight Gym Leaders first.

After getting eight Gym Badges, Trainers are entitled to take part in the Championship Cup which is held once a year, and aired on television. And the winner will get the right to challenge the Champion title holder, in order to seize his position.

GYM LEADERS & CHAMPION
Certain cities in the Galar region have different Gym Leaders and Trainers, depending on the version gamer play. You will face Bea in Pokémon Sword, while Allister is an opponent to face in Pokémon Shield.

This Karate practitioner from the Galar region is known as an expert in using Fighting-type Pokémon. Bea has a strong character, and rarely shows the slightest emotion. He is able to wear battle system which is very accurate, even in cornered conditions!

This expert in using Ghost-type Pokémon has a shy and timid nature, so he always wears a mask in public. Even so, he is a highly talented Trainer, and was able to become a Gym Leader at a young age. Allister rarely appears in public, and prefers to spend his time in ruins or cemeteries.

In the Galar region, Leon is known as the strongest Trainer, as well as the holder of the Champion title who has never suffered a defeat! Together with his partner, Charizard, he always managed to beat his challengers. Whoever is his opponent, Leon is always serious in the fight. No wonder his fighting style is able to captivate the hearts of the residents of the Galar region.

OTHER CHARACTERS
