Team Secret Recruit Maurice 'KheZu' Gutmann From Escape Gaming

Failing to qualify for the Boston Major qualifiers led Team Secret to revamp their roster, and today they announced they had recruited a new player, Maurice “KheZu” Gutmann from Escape Gaming to replace Lee “Forev” Sang-don.

Khezu from Germany is a new professional player, previously he was a Heroes of Newerth player who switched to Dota 2 in 2015. The first Dota 2 team strengthened by KheZu was COOKISS, here he began to be known as a talented offlaner player.

In March KheZu played for the No Diggity team and moved to Escape Gaming to join TI6. In the qualifying round for the Boston Major, Escape Gaming also had poor results, they were only ranked 8th in the European regional round robin stage. Whereas
Team Secret, which passed the round robin, lost to Ad Finem 2-0 before being eliminated by Virtus.Pro 2-0 in the lower bracket round.

Left by KheZu, Escape Gaming has not yet made an official statement. However, Escape Gaming’s team captain, Troels ‘syndereN’ Nielsen posted a statement on Twitter that the whole team would stick together and would be ready to announce their fifth member in the near future.

Team Secret roster:
Malaysia: Zheng ‘MidOne’ Yeik Nai
South Korea: Noah ‘MP’ Pyo
Germany: Maurice ‘KheZu’ Gutmann
Estonia: Clement ‘Puppey’ Ivanov
Sweden: Johan ‘pieliedie’ ström
