The Latest Kimetsu no Yaiba Game Showcases Zenitsu and Inosuke's Cool Actions!

The great success that Demon Slayer has achieved so far has made him even more at the top of the prestige. After showing the movie Mugen Train which broke a new box office record in Japan, now the series is also getting a new game adaptation project that looks cool. Titled Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Hinokami Keppuutan, this latest arena fighting game from CyberConnect2 brings many similarities from the Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm series.

The game presentation session happened to have been held last week by the developer together with the voice actors, where we were presented with gameplay demos and character trailers for Tanjiro and Nezuko Kamado. Now CyberConnect2 has released two new trailers showing the cool action of the characters Zenitsu Agatsuma and Inosuke Hashibira. Instead of being curious, you can immediately see the character trailer below.

This trailer shows the various movesets that each character has, from combos, command grabs, skills, to the ultimate move. Since the gameplay demo from last week didn’t show the entire moveset, this trailer is devoted to giving a clearer picture of each character’s abilities.

Despite taking inspiration from Naruto Storm, it seems that the combo variations in this game are more limited, such as how the finisher animation at the end of the combo has so far only accommodated consecutive attacks, and unlike in Naruto Storm which has more than one variation.

The roster shown so far is still limited to the main characters, so in the future we can anticipate the details of the Pillars. If you follow the plot of the anime adaptation, our predictions that the Pillar members that will appear in this game are still limited to Giyu, Shinobu, and Kyojuro only. As we discussed in previous articles, this directly opens up the possibility that the game will get a sequel in the future. When is the Game Released?

For those who can’t wait for the game, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Hinokami Keppuutan is scheduled for release this year. For the platform, this game will be available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam.
