These are the Shocking Facts of the Justice League Reshoot Process

As we know, the process of reshooting a film project Justice League is currently underway and is in the hands of a new director. Zack Snyder, who resigned some time ago due to family reasons, was replaced by an equally experienced person, namely Josh Whedon. But there is one thing that fans and film watchers don’t take into account regarding the process reshoot this. Namely how intense and heavy this process is.

Variety has just revealed how heavy and “dizzy” the details are from this re-shoot. One of them is the schedule problem of some of its stars. Here are some pretty surprising facts about this:

  • Time and expense required by Whedon and Warner Bros. for this re-shooting process is very big. According to reports circulating, the required cost is sufficient to refinance a medium-scale film. The time required also reaches several months.
  • This re-shooting process focuses more on character building and their interactions. Naturally, because Whedon is more “good” in this regard than Snyder, who is more concerned with the action side.
  • One of the cost items that may be quite large is budgeted for Whedon’s “salary”.
  • Due to the long shooting process, Warner Bros. quite bothered with the schedule of the main stars.
  • Gal Gadot and Jason Momoa were “summoned up” to a two-week term. Even Warner Bros. have to postpone the production process Aquaman for this process. Gal Gadot and Ben Affleck had no production schedule issues but the problem was with Ezra Miller and Henry Cavill.
  • Miller should be pulled from the sequel project Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Theme which is fortunately still being produced by Warner Bros., the problem being Henry Cavill’s involvement.
  • Warner Bros. had to ask permission from Paramount Pictures to “call” Cavill who was involved in the project Mission: Impossible 6.
  • A new problem arose because Paramount did not allow Warner Bros. changed the appearance of Cavill’s mustachioed face. Digital solutions seem to be taken by them to overcome this.

Justice League will star Ben Affleck as Batman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, Ezra Miller as The Flash, Ray Fisher as Cyborg, Willem Dafoe as Nuidis Vulko, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth, Diane Lane as Martha Kent, Connie Nielsen as Queen Hippolyta, Amber Heard as Mera and JK Simmons as Commissioner Gordon and Ciaran Hinds as the villain, Steppenwolf.

While the official synopsis Justice League is about the beginning of the formation of this superhero group and what is the motivation behind joining these DC superheroes. Here’s the official synopsis of Justice League:

“Recovered from the human side of Bruce Wayne and moved by Superman’s selfless actions, Wayne then enlists the help of his new ‘friend’, Diana Prince, to face the possibility of an even more formidable foe. Batman and Wonder Woman then move quickly by gathering all the ‘metahumans’ by forming a team. But sadly, even if a team of superheroes consisting of Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and the Flash has been formed, it may be too late to prevent the world from being destroyed by a mysterious enemy attack.”

Justice League will be released on November 17, 2017.
