This is Ahmad and Caesius Alter Ego's Ambition in MPLI Season 7

Alter Ego (AE) is ready to enter the Mobile Legends Professional League (MPL) Indonesia tournament. Without reshuffling the roster, both the organization and coach Nasi Uduk are confident and comfortable with the composition of the Alter Ego line-up from the previous season. Togetherness and cohesiveness are the focus. This is followed by the ambitions and targets to be achieved by the retainers of Alter Ego: Ahmad, LeoMurphy, Caesius, Udil, Celiboy, YAM and PAI to present the best achievement, the MPL trophy.

Ahmad or who is also popular with the nickname Maungzy is one of the pro players with high skills. Together with the Alter Ego team, Ahmad managed to win at the MPL Invitational season 2 in December 2020. Alter Ego performed brilliantly and managed to beat his opponents with a clean sheet or not lose a single match. But unfortunately Ahmad was forced to miss defending Alter Ego at M2 in Singapore because he had tested positive for Covid-19. Absence from the biggest tournament clearly makes an Ahmad excited.

For MPL ID season 7, Ahmad stated that he was ready to play and perform all out with the Alter Ego team. Responding to the question “MPL S7 LAST journey FOR AHMAD MAUNGZY?”, Ahmad firmly answered no, “As long as you haven’t given a medal to @delwynsukamto,” on his Instagram story.

Yup, MPL ID season 7 will not be Ahmad’s last trip in the pro Mobile Legend scene. The 22-year-old Pontianak-born youth will fight for a medal or trophy for his CEO.

In line with Ahmad, another AE retainer, Caesius, also emphasized his desire and target in MPL ID Season 7. Caesius or Ilyas Rahmanda is one of the senior players in the Mobile Legends scene. He joined Louvre Esports and then joined Alter Ego in November 2018 playing in MPL Season 3.

Thanks to his experience and contribution, Alter Ego Muliai found strength and stepped into one of the respected teams along with the arrival of other retainers. Last season in MPL Season 6, although he did not play regularly, he succeeded in bringing Alter Ego to become MPL runner up.

Apart from being a player, Caesius also doubles as the manager of the Alter Ego Esports team. Caesius also briefly explained about Alter Ego’s progress in Mobile Legends 2. At that time, they were twice defeated by BREN Esports, a team from the Philippines, who later won M2. Many consider the AE formation to be somewhat affected by covid 19 and the protocol. Caesius admits the adaptation factor that has made them unable to show their best game.

Regarding the Alter Ego target in MPL Season 7, Caesius explained that he would not be satisfied if he retired but has not won MPL Indonesia. Because of that Caesius Ilyas firmly explained that the title was the target of Alter Ego this season. It’s certainly not easy considering the 8 Indonesian MPL teams also continue to strengthen the team so that the competition is tighter and difficult to predict.

Caesius also implied that if the target of winning MPL Season 7 is achieved, he may retire as a player but will remain dedicated in the world of esports, either becoming a coach or a game analyst.
