Apex Legends Has Dragons?! - gamersantai.com

Apex Legends has been bothering us for a long time with rumors about something special coming up, and it’s finally here. Players have reported hearing and seeing dragons roaming the map, and this could potentially be the setting for a major event in Season 2 of Apex Legends.

These legendary creatures can be seen in-game or in the uploaded images on the Apex Legends subreddit. The community has started calling them “Flyers” and if a player can kill one, they stand a chance to win the loot. In another relative development, the Leviathan lurking on the waterfront off the map has moved to another location.

The trailer for Season 2 has made its debut on EA Play, just before E3 2021, and shows a big eyeball that the giant dragon might have at the end of the teaser. These creatures are smaller than the dragons mentioned above, but they may be the start of a bigger event.

A competitor to Apex, Fortnite is famous for the big and special events that take place every season. For now, Apex is still not following this trend. Respawn says they are comfortable at a slower rate of releasing content so development forces are not pressured and can work at a safe pace. The new season will definitely bring big changes, so we’ll have to wait to see if the big dragon above will catch up as well.
