Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade Adds New Features

A year ago game remake Final Fantasy VII released on the PlayStation 4 console, is one of the best games in 2021. Unlike the original 1997 version, this time it was made as a series or episodic, not ending immediately in one game. For this additional story, players will play Yuffie Kisaragi who aims to steal a materia from Shinra. And last Sunday at the PlayStation Japan online event “Play! Play! Play” they discussed further about the Intergrade version which will be released in June this year.

What are the new features in the PlayStation 5 version?

For visual enhancement Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade, on the developer focuses on many things. The first is a more diverse light source, which makes the in-game light brighter in some positions that were previously dark.

With increased light sources, the appearance of textures in the game becomes more detailed and sharper than the PlayStation 4 version. And also the fog effect is fixed for the PlayStation 5 version, some visuals appear to be covered in denser fog.

In addition, there will be 2 options in Graphics Settings when you play: Graphics and Performance. If you select the Graphics setting, it will optimize the quality of the game with 4K resolution graphics, if you have an adequate TV or monitor. And if you choose the Performance setting, the game quality will maintain the framerate at 60 fps throughout the gameplay.

Difficulty Classic (original version) added

Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade also added difficulty to the original 1997 version featuring a turn-based version of the battle. Both Easy and Normal difficulty are added with Classic mode, respectively, so that players have many choices.

Faster loading and Photo Mode features

Game loading times are also accelerated when you want to continue the game by selecting one of the save games. Like other PlayStation games, Photo Mode comes with a variety of options and filters for you to make the most of it.
