For those of you who have reached Adventure Rank D, and want to continue to Adventure Rank C, there is no need to be afraid. After getting the drug, as usual, you just have to follow where you are required to go. You are required to give the drug to NPC Doctor Noya which is in South Payon.

Finished with your mission here, you will be ordered to go to Geffen Dungeon and go to the location marked on your map. Just go to it, until finally you have to go back to Thomasville NPC which is on Prontera.

So, the next mission is quite difficult. You are required to defeat MVP Doppelganger. There’s no need to be afraid, you don’t have to last-hit the MVPs.
