Kominfo Says Kimi Hime Case Completed

This workshop was also part of the input from Kimi Hime’s lawyer, Irfan Akhyar, who asked Kominfo to discuss the concept of pornography decency, in relation to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions. The workshop will also discuss the concept of decency in Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography and involve child protection commissions to content creators.
