Netmarble Becomes the New Owner of RF Online?
For those of you who actively played in internet cafes around 2004, you must be very familiar with the MMORPG game entitled RF Online. Reported from the Korea IT Times site, Netmarble reportedly succeeded in acquiring RF Online from the original developer, CCR. The South Korean publisher and developer becomes the new owner of IP RF Online. Regarding the deal, Netmarble can now make any product related to RF Online. When this announcement appeared, the CCR website was no longer accessible.

It was also revealed that the Netmarble team, Netmarble N2, is currently working on a mobile game based on the RF Online for the global market. It’s not clear what platform the new project will be on so far. Even now, Netmarble has not made an official announcement regarding the acquisition either RF Online this. For fans RF Online himself is certainly looking forward to this new project from Netmarble.
