Not Coming to Respond to Calls, Kimi Hime's Vulgar Video was deleted by Kominfo

Recently, Kominfo (Ministry of Communication and Informatics) summoned Youtuber Kimi Hime regarding the video content on his Youtube channel which was considered too vulgar. Kominfo said that they had summoned Kimi Hime via Email and DM Instagram 5 times since July 22, 2021. But unfortunately to this day Kimi Hime is reluctant to fulfill the call.

Kimi Hime’s summons began with a report by the Indonesian Broadcasting Supervisory Association (APPI) to Commission I of the DPR RI which was then discussed by Commission I of the DPR RI together with the Ministry of Communication and Informatics during a hearing which took place on July 18, 2021.

But unfortunately, due to reluctance to fulfill the call, the Ministry of Communication and Information finally blocked 3 videos that were considered too vulgar.

The deletion of the 3 videos made this Youtuber whose real name is Kimberly Khoe finally open his voice. In a 20 minute 50 second video uploaded on his Youtube channel, Kimi Hime denies accusations related to his video content that is too vulgar. He said that the content did not meet the elements of pornography when referring to regulations. In addition, he also explained that the audience is people aged 18 to 24 years.

According to Kimi Hime, blocking the content is not a solution but only a deterrent to solving a problem. He also said that parents should pay more attention to their children when they access Youtube and install Youtube Kids which is intended for children.
