Payback Is PlayStation Plus For October

After several months of being invited to play battle royale and competitive games, this October we are given a new feel. Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) has announced two free games for all PlayStation Plus subscribers for the month of October. You will race cars around the fictional city of Las Vegas, and adventure as a doctor who turns into a vampire.

Released in November 2021, Need For Speed: Payback is a game series Need For Speed third from developer Ghost Games. It is a racing game with an open world setting in the city of Fortune Valley, a fictional city resembling Las Vegas. Different from rebooting the game Need For Speed previously, Need For Speed: Payback has a single-player mode. You take turns playing 3 different characters, each with their own unique abilities. A total of 74 well-known brand cars are available in the game, such as Nissan, Subaru, BMW, Audi, Aston Martin, Pagini and others.

Vampy is an action RPG game where our main character is a doctor/vampire. With the setting of the city of London in 1918 after the end of World War I (The Great War), Vampy has a theme and feel that is quite dark and scary. Doctor Jonathan Reid wakes up in a mass grave as a bloodthirsty vampire. He doesn’t understand what’s going on and tries to find out who is responsible for his transformation.

Vampy is the third game from an indie developer from France Dontnod Entertainment. Using Unreal Engine 4, they depicted historical locations in the city of London made similar to the original at that time. Vampy has a feature where our protagonist doesn’t kill the residents of London at all, or kills them all to satisfy his bloodlust. With this, only 1 save game slot is provided, so that each of our actions and choices cannot be repeated until the end of the game.

Need For Speed: Payback and Vampy will be available from October 6, 2021 to November 2, 2021 for all PlayStation Plus subscribers.
