Pokemon Unite: This is the MOBA Game from Tencent and Nintendo! Mobile gaming is the king of gaming today. All games definitely want the game to be played by millions of people anywhere at any time. The newest ones to enter mobile gaming are Game Freak and The Pokemon Company. They’ve shown us their biggest project, Pokemon Unite. The newest MOBA game from Tencent Games (PUBG Mobile, COD Mobile and also LoL).
This new game is a MOBA themed project that The Pokémon Company and China developer Tencent Games will create to work together for the first time. Here’s a trailer from Pokemon about their MOBA game.

Pokémon Unite is a free-to-play game developed by Tencent’s TiMi Studios (COD Mobile) which will be available on smartphones and Nintendo Switch. This new MOBA also allows everyone to play together even though they are different devices. (Nintendo Switch players can play with smartphone players)
Players will control a variety of Pokemon on a standard MOBA map, working to earn more points than the opposing team before time runs out. This can be done by catching the wild Pokemon that you defeat and accomplishing the missions and objectives on the map.
Each player will start at level one with the Pokémon they choose. As they level up, Pokemon will learn new moves / skills, increase attributes, and even evolve. Movesets / skill sets can be completely customized by the player to suit a specific style of play, such as physical builds or special builds like in regular Pokemon games. There is a giveaway contest with a prize of 1 million rupiah in game vouchers in the application!
The types of advantages have been removed from the game (such as water beats fire, fire beats grass), but each Pokémon has unique traits and abilities that will give them new advantages in certain fights.
A release date was not provided for Pokémon Unite today, but TPC president Tsunekazu Ishihara said more details about the launch would be shared in the future.
