There is a VN Game-style Dating Event, Here's the Summary of Update 1.4 Genshin Impact!

Towards the end of Update 1.3 Genshin Impact which has now entered its second phase, Mihoyo has immediately prepared a big surprise in Update 1.4 which will arrive in the near future. The latest update this time will bring back the excitement of the festival which this time is devoted to the Monsdtadt area and is named “Windblume”

All players who have reached Adventure Rank 20 can later participate in the excitement of the Winblume Festival. During this celebration, players will be presented with a series of exciting mini games that offer attractive prizes to be won. All of these mini games can be played solo or in co-op with other players, so the fun you get will definitely give a different impression.

The mini games offered at this festival are divided into three, namely Bullseye Ballons, Floral Freefall, and Ballads of Breeze. Each mini game has four different difficulty levels that offer customized rewards as well. For players who manage to collect rewards in the form of Festive Four Tickets, they can immediately exchange them for a myriad of rewards in the form of valuable Level-Up materials and two new gadgets (Windblume Festival Commemorative Balloon and Windsong Lyre).

For players who are looking for the maximum challenge, players can also access a new domain called Peculiar Wonderland. Different from other mini games, Peculiar Wonderland is a domain that offers a variety of unique challenges that are ready to test your playing skills. After completing three randomly arranged challenges, players will be faced with a challenge against bosses before they can complete the domain and get a reward in the form of a Peculiar Collab Coupon. This item can be exchanged for Weapon Ascension materials and a new 4* weapon – Windblume Ode.

Just like all previous events, Update 1.4 will again bring new story content which this time focuses on the continuation of the quest The Bough Keeper: Dainsleif. This new mission introduces a new mysterious domain and a formidable boss – the Abyss Herald, as well as a story point where players will solve the secret behind the first Ruin Guard in Stormterror’s Lair.

Interestingly, Update 1.4 this time only presents 1 new character to Genshin Impact, namely Rosaria “Thorny Benevolence”. He is a 4* Cryo-type character who wields a polearm weapon who has an elegant playstyle. His Elemental Burst allows him to launch deadly attacks with a wide range, as well as summon an Ice Lance that can deal Cryo damage continuously. Update 1.4 will again bring the 2 event banner character format, this time bringing back Venti and Childe as the main 5* characters.

The most interesting content of this update is probably a kind of special scenario where players can form an “intimate” bond with the characters in Genshin Impact. So through a kind of special quest available, players can spend free time with Barbara, Noelle, Bennet, and Chongyun. Each quest is summarized in a format similar to a Visual Novel game, where the character’s point of view is changed to First Person and there are various endings that can be obtained depending on your decision.

In addition, Update 1.4 also brings a variety of new optimizations such as the Condensed Resin limit being increased to five and the option to lower the World Level. All of this latest content will soon be available to players on March 17th when the update is officially released on Genshin Impact.
