Alliance has 2 new owners, namely Joakim ‘Akke’ Akterhall and Jonathan ‘Loda’ Berg who bought the entire Alliance team share. Meanwhile, from the EG side, Peter ‘ppd’ Dager, after resigning as a professional player, was officially announced his new status as CEO of EG.
Statement ppd ‘I am delighted to announce that EG has become an independent organization. 5 years ago I couldn’t have imagined I would have reached this point, but here we are. I want to thank everyone involved from Twitch and EG for trusting me as the new leader to continue building EG even further’.
