Clinton “Fear” Loomis Becomes a Substitute for Evil Geniuses


Clinton “Fear” Loomis is rumored to be returning as an active Dota 2 player. Fear is currently a coach of Evil Geniuses, on Valve’s official major registration website he is listed as a reserve player in the Boston Major tournament.

Fear is known as a legendary player who is respected in the realm of DOTA 2, he joined EG since October 2011 and can play in all positions be it carry, mid and support. All Major championships and four TI tournaments have been passed by him with EG, the peak was when EG managed to become champion at TI5.

At TI6 yesterday EG was ranked 3rd after being defeated by a score of 2-1 by the finalist team Digital Chaos, not long after that Fear decided to retire and become a coach for the Evil Geniuses team. Until now, there has been no official statement from Evil Geniuses and Fear about the return of their legend to the competitive realm of Dota 2.
