Cooped Up Game Review - Another Addictive Bird-themed Game

Nitrome is constantly creating games that are unique and colorful, and applies his trademark style of humor to the game. After previously enlivening the application market with Silly Sausage in Meat Land, now they are back with a funny game called Cooped Up. Like other Nitrome games, this game is packed with bright visuals and cute characters. If in Silly Sausage you will act as a “dog-sausage”, now gamers will control a bird to jump over each rope. By tapping and dragging downwards, you can determine the strength of the jump, and pointing it left or right will show the direction of the bird’s jump. Sound easy? But no game is really easy, right?

On each rope you can find a bald bird (aka hairless) ready to attack you. There are fat birds that can only walk slowly towards you, there are also skinny birds that can glide fast suddenly, until the crazy bird that continues to chase you after he finds out where you are. There are also insects and caterpillars that can be consumed by your character as well as golden bugs which, if you manage to get them, will allow you to restart the game at the last checkpoint after your character dies.
