Detective Pikachu will be shooting in early 2018

Movie project live action Detective Pikachu from Legendary Pictures will finally start the production process. according to Omega Underground, the film adapted from the Pokemon game will be shooting in January 2018 in London. This adaptation will be directed by the director Goosebumps, Rob Letterman with a script by Nicole Perlman (Captain Marvel) and Alex Hirsch (Galaxy Falls). But unfortunately until now there is no further information regarding the casting of this film.

Detective Pikachu is adapted from a Japanese game called The Great Detective Pikachu, which operates in a “point-and-click” manner. This game tells about the adventures of Pikachu and a boy named Tim Goodman where they try to be mystery solvers. Pikachu’s appearance in this game also looks unique because he likes to wear a Sherlock Holmes hat and can communicate well.

Pokemon is a media franchise owned by the video game company Nintendo and created by Satoshi Tajiri in 1995. At first, Pokémon is a video game series synonymous with the Game Boy console. Pokémon is the second most successful video game in the world after the Mario series which was also created by Nintendo. Meanwhile, when compared to others, Pokémon is a series franchise third best seller in the world after James Bond and Transformers which is still ongoing and updated according to the passage of time. Pokémon franchise itself appears in various forms, namely video games, anime, manga, trading cards, books, toys, and many more.
