Disney Partners with Nokia to Promote Through VR
The bets made by Nokia are indeed enough to make various people wonder. Is it possible that this phone maker company succeeded in creating a camera virtual reality? But now, that question has been answered.
Nokia, which used to be one of the well-known mobile phone brands and is used by almost everyone in the world, is now not as famous as it used to be. Trying to develop various possible products that could save them, Nokia took a quite drastic path, namely producing cameras virtual reality with the name Ozo. This is clearly a big gamble. However, it seems that this bold decision has paid off. Disney has reportedly entered into an agreement with Nokia to create the experience virtual reality using the Ozo camera. Not a moviefeatures long, not yet. Currently, Disney is more focused on various features that support the promotion of their films, one of which is interviewing the cast The Jungle Book video in 360 degree format.
Disney’s belief in Ozo itself isn’t all that surprising. The reason is, Nokia is one of the companies that succeeded in creating VR cameras for professionals. What they present tends to be rigs camera instead of adapting to existing VR designs. Ozo gives Disney a ready-made set that can be directly linked to an ongoing video production and doesn’t have to always offer set tours in person virtual.
If this trial is successful, it is not impossible that one day Disney will make feature films with VR as their selling tool. When that happens, get ready to watch upcoming episodes of Star Wars in the form of virtual reality.
