Dragon's Blood is Now on Netflix

After the fans have been waiting for, the animated film series Dota 2! DOTA: Dragon’s Blood is finally available on Netflix and streaming worldwide starting today, Thursday, March 25, 2021. Eight episodes of the first chapter called Book One is now streaming live on streaming platforms.

Prior to the event’s launch, Valve also released a major Dota 2 update, including helping create a better way for new players to learn about this MOBA game, and cited the start of the Dragon’s Blood series as the ideal momentum behind the decision.

DOTA: Dragon’s Blood is a collaboration between Valve and Netflix Animation, and is produced by Ashley Miller, best known for his work on Thor and X-Men: First Class. The film was animated by Studio MIR, a South Korean animation studio that worked on The Legend of Korra, Young Justice: Outsiders, and another Netflix original, Voltron: Legendary Defender.

The series will take viewers on the journey and adventures of a character named Davion, the Dragon Knight as he becomes the key to a “bigger event than he ever imagined” in the Dota universe.

This animated film series is available in 12 languages ​​and an additional 30 languages ​​are supported with full subtitles. To add a bit of promotion, Netflix even brought Swedish DJ Basshunter back and filmed an updated version of the music video for the hit 2006 song DotA. The series received solid early reviews and you can watch all eight episodes now on Netflix.
