Elite8 Successfully Becomes Champion in Vainglory8 SEA Championship 2017
Good news for Esports Indonesia is back. This time it came from the Vainglory Indonesia team, namely Elite8 Esports, who just won the Vainglory 8 Spring Championship 2017 for the Southeast Asia region. Thus, Elite8 is entitled to a ticket to the World Championship later this year.
The Indonesian team managed to become the champion after in the final defeating a strong team from Singapore, Team Impunity.
A very tense match actually happened in the semifinals, when the Indonesian team almost lost to Popeye’s team, where in the first two rounds, Team Elite8 had lost first. At the 0:2 position, the Elite8 team showed their class by turning things around to 3:2, after winning the next 3 matches in a row.
Meanwhile, in the other semifinal, the Impunity team defeated the Eanix team.
The final also occurred with a meeting between the Elite8 team against the Impunity team, which was finally won by this Indonesian team.
Thus, the Elite8 team is entitled to a ticket to the World Championship later this year in London.
