Genshin Impact Shares Lots of New Details For Update 1.3
The enthusiasm of Genshin Impact fans in welcoming the new update seems to be unstoppable. In order to answer this curiosity, finally Mihoyo has officially held a livestream presentation session for Update 1.3.
There is a lot of new content that has been prepared for this Genshin Impact update, starting from the Lantern Rite festival, a series of new events, new game modes with Tower Defense mechanisms, new boss types, and much more. Instead of being curious, you can watch the update trailer below.
The character who is the main star in this update is definitely Xiao. One of the most anticipated characters since his appearance in the Closed Beta stage is finally here. Xiao himself is an Adept and a formidable fighter who wields a Polearm. With a play style that is aggressive, fast, and has maximum attack power, it is certain that he will be the best pure DPS character in Genshin Impact.
In addition to a series of events that bring attractive rewards, Update 1.3 will also present a new type of monster called Geovishap. In addition to having a small version that can be fought by taking commissions in the Adventurer Guild, there is also a legendary-type Geovishap that comes as a new boss challenge. This type of monster also drops a new material called Juvenile Jade. This material will be needed to increase the level of Xiao’s stamp and possibly other new characters in the future.
Along with the announcement of this update, unfortunately the rumors of the presence of the 5-star character Hu Tao turned out to be wrong. Many fans think that because of Hu Tao’s character’s profession which symbolizes death, his character’s presence as a form of celebrating Chinese New Year will actually symbolize something bad. In place of Hu Tao, the next character banner that will appear after Xiao is Keqing.
