LJ Splits With RRQ Hoshi, Joins EVOS Legends at MPLI

Shocking news came from the Rex Regum Qeon (RRQ) Hoshi team. Ahead of the Mobile Legends Pro League (MPL) Invitational, they decided to release one of their roster, Joshua Darmansyah, also known as LJ.

LJ itself has a role as a tank in RRQ. However, with the recent META changes, the LJ tank position was replaced by Vyn in the Mobile Legends Pro League (MPL) Indonesia Season 6 playoffs.

Apart from this, LJ has given an outstanding performance in the previous Mobile Legends event, and has donated three trophies with other RRQ Hoshi members.

On November 14, Team RRQ uploaded a video on their Youtube channel with the title “Have a Great New Journey LJ!”

In the video, LJ reminisces about his early days with the whole team where he faced RRQ.O2 at the World of Gaming (WOG) Djogja in 2017. According to him, RRQ has a roster with extraordinary abilities and preparation that is always thorough.

He also did not forget to say goodbye to the entire team and RRQ fans.

“Although this decision is hard and sad, but I believe this is the best decision for me and all,” said LJ. “I have to get out of my comfort zone and look for new experiences. So thank you if you can continue to support me, and of course continue to support the RRQ team for future tournaments because they still have a long way to go.”

The RRQ team also uploaded their farewell greetings to LJ on their official Instagram account.

“It’s been more than a year, Joshua Darmansyah aka LJ fought with Team RRQ, and managed to give 3 trophies with RRQ Hoshi. The big family of Team RRQ would like to thank LJ profusely for his efforts and hard work so far, we pray for LJ to get a new journey no less exciting, good luck Josh!” wrote RRQ Hoshi.

Quit RRQ To Join Evos Legends

LJ himself revealed that he wanted to take a break from the pro scene and start focusing on YouTube and streaming. But apparently, he changed his mind.

Evos Legends has just announced that LJ will be playing with their entire team at the upcoming MPL Invitational.

With this, Evos Legends will contain Antimage, Luminaire, LJ, Wannn, REKT, and Rexxy.
