One of the newest Ubisoft games that has received high attention is Riders Republic. Included in the ranks of games whose development is most focused on Ubisoft today, Riders Republic carries the premise of being a free sports game that is ready to offer even more levels of fun. The Ubisoft Forward presentation held this morning finally gave us more interesting details about the game. Free Gameplay with Myriad Tricks

Through the Deep Dive trailer that was showcased through the Ubisoft Forward event, there are so many interesting details that increasingly provide a clearer picture of the concept of Riders Republic. As you know this is a free sports game, where players can do various exciting sports activities in the wild such as mountain bike racing, skiing to snow surfing, free drifting with clothes, and many more. This trailer shows details from the main hub area called Riders Ridge, the progress of the game, to the appearance of the gameplay that seems to be able to be changed between first and third-person modes.

The detail that we think is most interesting is definitely in the gameplay, because Riders Republic brings together a variety of different sports that you can enjoy. Each area is built to be traversed in a different way, such as Mammoth Mountain which has provided a special route for those of you who want to pass it by mountain bike or just float across it while seeing the incredible view from above. The rock formations in the mountains also automatically add an extra challenge when you want to maneuver, so extreme places like this are indeed suitable for playing arenas.

The control system in this game is quite friendly and not so tied to the simulation elements that tend to be difficult, so casual players can adapt easily. One thing to note is that the gameplay still focuses on players being more creative in executing various special tricks to get a high score. For example when skating in the snow you can perform free acrobatic stunts while in the air, and this applies to all other sports activities.

In terms of presentation, this game looks quite extraordinary, especially from the open-world map setting that feels so alive and realistic. Ubisoft really wants to make Riders Republic a game that can be entered by any player and made fixated with the community that is so active. With easy access to meet other players on the road, this does feel like a dream sports game for gamers who just want to have fun, but at the same time make friends and compete in friendly competitions.

Exploration, Game Mode and Customization

As we mentioned earlier, Riders Republic is an open-world game that allows free exploration to find the best spots for your favorite sports activities. The game has even inserted a variety of special rewards and collectibles that can be obtained by players who are serious about exploring. To make this activity easier, there will also be access to ride a snowmobile or paramotor, basically adjusting to the area you are exploring.

The game modes offered are also not playful, because Riders Republic has provided a special Carrer mode for each sport, PvP, and additional exciting modes such as Trick Battle which is ready to test your playing skills in a match between two fierce teams. If that’s not enough, there is also a Mass Race mode which as the name suggests is a mass race with more than 50 players at once.

The customization system is definitely a crucial part of this game, especially with so many players having to differentiate themselves from one another. For this option, Riders Republic provides quite complete character customization, where you can also get new equipment during Carrer mode or undergo other in-game activities.

Conclusion

From what we’ve seen so far, it must be admitted that Riders Republic is getting more and more attention. Although at first we felt that the game was more like Steep 2.0, but a more complete sport to a very strong game style succeeded in making it have its own identity. The new presentation session was enough to convince us that Riders Republic would be a fairly successful free sports game on the market, but with a note that players could be more open to the approach offered and not compare it too much with Steep.
