SKYE's New Valorant Agent Skill Leaks, Initiator To Be Released in Act 3

Valorant Act 3 will start on October 13 along with the latest series of updates from features, maps, to agents.

Map Icebox was originally planned for release in episode 2, but was moved to Act 3 episode 1. Unfortunately with this decision, Riot had to forego the release of its new agent until October 27, two weeks after Act 3 officially started. Since the patch update this time is quite large, Riot wants to make sure all the new features and the Icebox map are stable before this new agent debuts.

“Our previous patch was pretty unstable, and we know you all want Icebox,” said Riot. “By delaying this new agent, we can focus on addressing issues that may arise during the release of Act 3 and patch 1.10.”

In the announcement, Riot only gave a little information about the agent Valorant which will be released for Act 3. However, the data miner managed to get a row of skills for an agent named Skye.

Skill Agent Valorant Skye

According to the leak, Skye is an agent Valorant from Australia the Initiator type who has special skills that are useful to help the whole team.

Guiding Light (100 credits)

Skye’s e-ability allows players to equip a small eagle that can fly when activated. Players can hold down the FIRE button to control the eagle, similar to Jett’s use of Cloudburst.

The eagle can be activated at any time to produce a flash that seems to have a radius of 360 degrees. This ability will be very useful for the team when the push site.

Trailblazer (200 credits)

Q-ability Skye is a Tasmanian tiger that can be summoned to hunt down opponents. The player can control it, then press the FIRE button so that the tiger jumps forward and produces an explosion that can directly damage the enemy.

Trailblazer will come in handy when cleaning a room or in corners / corners. However, Skye will become vulnerable when using this ability.

Seekers

Skye’s ultimate skill, Seekers, is a trinket that can be activated to find the three closest enemies. As they approach the target, they will become visible. This skill can only be activated when the enemy is close to the player’s location.

Regrowth (200 credits)

This Skye skill is a trinket to heal the team in the area of effect (AoE) and is within sight. Regrowth cannot be used to heal yourself, but can be used continuously during the round until the heal energy runs out.

Agent Skye will be released on October 27th. This information is subject to change prior to the release date.
