Story of Seasons Mobile Game Shows New Gameplay, Presents Stunning Graphics!

After sharing a few new details a few weeks ago, Tencent Games together with Marvelous finally showed a new form of the Story of Seasons Mobile game. The game, which has been in development for several years, looks very impressive in its new trailer, which we even admit looks more captivating than the Story of Seasons games that have been released on the market so far.

The new trailer that was showcased at the Tencent Games Annual Conference 2021 event yesterday shows a variety of interesting details. Some of them start from the gardening gameplay system, tour around the village, side activities with the villagers, and many more, all of which are presented with typical 3D cel shading graphics that look very charming. The development of the game itself received considerable assistance from Marvelous, which reportedly provided many of the assets needed by Tencent. After seeing the new trailer, we finally know that the assets provided are more towards the anime style which is certainly different from how the initial concept of the game was seen a few years ago. As we mentioned above, the quality of this game at least in terms of presentation is indeed very well done and even surpasses the Story of Seasons series on consoles.

Regarding the release, it is certain that the new Story of Seasons Mobile is devoted to the China region first. Meanwhile, the global version may be handled by a different publisher, or it could be Tencent itself because recently they have dared to become a global game publisher.
