Following the leaked rumors regarding the latest PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds game, last week Krafton finally officially announced PUBG: NEW STATE. This is the latest battle royale game developed especially for mobile devices and brings a lot of significant overhauls. Some of them start from the best graphic quality with Global Illumination technology, large-scale open-world maps, to a more realistic gameplay system.

The first trailer of the game even shows a bit of gameplay footage, which we have to admit looks stunning for a standard Battle Royale game on mobile. Enthusiasm for the game is indeed high, but not a few players are quite wary that PUBG: NEW STATE requires high-end smartphone specifications to be played smoothly. Luckily the official page is at Google Play Store has contained a bit of information from the required specifications.

The page states that PUBG: NEW STATE can be played with minimal specifications OS Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) and RAM capacity of 2.5 GB. Keep in mind that this is still a minimum specification, so to experience the maximum playing experience, of course, you need a more powerful smartphone. When compared to other battle royale games on mobile, PUBG: NEW STATE is arguably the toughest so far. Hopefully, Krafton will soon share new information including complete specification info.

For the game concept itself, PUBG: NEW STATE takes the future setting to be precise in 2051, where weapon technology has developed rapidly.
