TOP 10 Player Builds Season 18 – Luo Yi
Welcome to the first Top 10 Player Build for season 18! This time we will discuss the selection of Top 10 Player Global Items and Spells for Luo Yi.
Luo Yi’s first two skills changed from Yin to Yang and back again each time they were used. The point of this effect is with the passive skill part, Duality, which is called “Yin-Yang Reactions”. There are 2 ways to trigger YYR, which will be discussed along with Luo Yi’s skills.
The first skill is Dispersion. This cooldown skill attacks the first target hit by the projectile and then explodes in the form of a fan behind it. All targets hit by this skill will get a mark between Yin or Yang. Dispersion was Luo Yi’s main way of spreading his Yin and Yang mark.
If 2 opponents have different marks and get close to each other, they will trigger YYR. They will be attracted towards each other, stun for 1 second, and Luo Yi will receive a shield.
Luo Yi’s second skill is Rotation which places a Yin or Yang circle on the ground dealing magic damage. If an opponent with a different mark with the Rotation circle is in it, it will trigger YYR.
Lastly, his ultimate skill gave Luo Yi more utility. Luo Yi will create a circle around him and a target. After 3 seconds, he will bring himself and all friends in the circle to the second circle instantly. The use of this skill can determine the outcome of a teamfight with good or bad results.

Glowing Wand was the most popular item in this Top 10 for Luo Yi. The Scorch effect of this item is often active due to the cooldown of the Dispersion skill which is only 1.2 seconds basically. To support the use of mana, many players also bought the Enchanted Talisman
After that, the third most popular item is Holy Crystal for additional Magic Power, and Winter Truncheon for defensive abilities. In terms of spells, Flameshot is the most popular.
