Naoki Yoshida Promises Lots of Big Final Fantasy XVI Announcements in 2021
Announced through the PlayStation 5 Showcase a few months ago, Final Fantasy XVI is now among the most anticipated games. Seeing how this game project was handled by producer Naoki Yoshida and the Creative Business Unit III team, many fans certainly have high hopes that this game can live up to their expectations. Details about the game are still minimal, but Square Enix seems ready to share more updates in 2021.
So, through a summary of the interview session between Famitsu and game creators in Japan, they got a lot of interesting information leaks from various developers regarding their mission in 2021. One of them is Naoki Yoshida who is the producer of Final Fantasy XVI. He promised that his team will share many announcements regarding the game including Final Fantasy XIV next year.
Yoshida also revealed that 2021 will be the busiest year of his career. He is ambitious to bring many surprises that can satisfy many fans and gamers. But at the same time still pay attention to his health condition. Besides Yoshida, Yoshinori Kitase who represents the Final Fantasy VII Remake team also revealed that the development of the game is going smoothly. It’s just that the fans will have to wait a little longer until they are ready to share more new information.
Final Fantasy XVI is currently still in development and planned to be released exclusively on PlayStation 5. This exclusive availability may only be temporary until the game can be released on other platforms as well. The first trailer of the game was criticized for its poor graphic quality. But Yoshida said that the trailer in the trailer is still rough and will look much better in the final version.
