8 Interesting Things from Fall Guys Season 2, Medieval Themed Costumes & Arena

Finally, Fall Guys will bring new features and elements in its Season 2 this October. Curious about anything? Here are some interesting facts about the upcoming new season.

Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout, a battle-royale game that was just released a few weeks ago will get its biggest update with a new season on October 6, 2020.

From Gamescom Opening Night Live, the developer provided a short snippet of the upcoming Season 2.

For those of you who can’t wait, here are some of the new features you can expect in Fall Guys Season 2.

1. Medieval Era Theme

Mediatonic confirms that each new season of Fall Guys will include a unique new theme. For this Fall Guys Season 2, all the details will be changed to Medieval/medieval theme, from the costumes to the match arena.

2. New Costume

One of the unique elements of Fall Guys is the costume design. Of course, with a medieval theme, there will be new costume designs adapted to that theme.

Based on the trailer, there are new types of costumes that can be obtained, including knights, paladins, mages, dragons, and vikings. Some of these costumes will come with a variety of attractive colors, for example, a choice of pastel to monotonous gradient colors for the dragon version.

3. Mobile Platform

Players can expect new factors from this battle royale game, one of which is a mobile platform. Players can push the box of the platform to rise to the top of other platforms. Of course, with this change, the Fall Guys gameplay will be even more interesting with many new strategies and tactics that can be applied.

4. New Race Arena

Fall Guys season two will feature four new mini-game rounds. One of the mini-game rounds co-op race The new game is called “Wall Guys,” where players must apply its new feature, namely moving platforms, to climb walls and race to the finish line.

The match arena is also reshaped to resemble a ladder and is equipped with rainbow colors in each level.

5. New Obstacle Course

Of course, with the new arena, there will be a new obstacle course feature. These features and elements are inspired by exploration and tools from the Medieval era, such as swinging axes, barbed wood, catapults, and many more.

6. New Egg Scramble

In Fall Guys Season 2, the egg scramble arena will be changed to a medieval theme which at first glance looks much bigger than the previous version. The egg collection holder is placed in the center of the map and is surrounded by details of palaces and bridges.

7. New Daisy Hoopsie

The team round category, Hoopsie Daisy, will be redesigned with a unique layout.

From the video footage, players will find a slope platform that can be moved to reach the hoops.

In the first season, many players complained about the Fall Guys team round due to the coordination chaos. It seems, the developer is trying to make the round more fun and balanced in this second season with changes to Egg Scramble and Hoopsie Daisy!

8. Big Yeetus?

Through Twitter, Mediatonic announced a new feature, Big Yeetus, a large hammer that keeps spinning and appears randomly in gameplay.

“Big Yeetus is chaotic neutral. Big Yeetus is not your friend. Big Yeetus is not your enemy.”

Yes, if viewed carefully, Big Yeetus can help players to achieve objectives and can also disrupt player actions. However, Mediatonic has not confirmed further about this new feature or release date.
