Call of Duty Modern Warfare Update Adds Search & Rescue Mode – The latest update adds a search and rescue mode. Here are the details!

While players await the arrival of Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War, Activision is rolling out a new update to their Modern Warfare series. There have been several updates added such as two additional multiplayers modes, double XP and this week’s exclusive bundle.

What’s interesting about all of these Call of Duty Modern Warfare updates is the presence of two new modes, namely: Search and Rescue. This mode is a combination of Kill Confirmed and Search and Destroy. In Kill Confirmed, the knocked player will drop the dog tag. If a teammate can claim the dog tag, then they can revive their teammate. But if the dog tag is claimed by the opposing team, then the player is permanently eliminated from the game.

This Search and Rescue Mode update will most likely have a faster fight than Search and Destroy mode. But in this mode the player must be more focused and really pay attention to the game than in Kill Confirmed mode.

Search and Rescue mode may be available for a limited time. But it can come back for a long time if this mode is successfully played by many players, aka it becomes popular. Another limited mode is event Games of Summer in Call of Duty Modern Warfare and Warzone. Where each player competes for their country in a trial system for exclusive in-game rewards. Games of Summer is currently ongoing until September 7 future. So players still have time to complete every trial available now.

This update for Call of Duty Modern Warzone Mode Search and Rescue is likely due to the success of the hybrid mode which was launched in the update last August 24. Ground War Reinforce is very similar to this Search and Rescue mode, because Ground War Reinforce is also a combination of Domination and Cyber Attack modes. Where the Ground War Reinforce mode allows players to come back to life by capturing flags and all three flags or inner flags are defended simultaneously.
