CSGO NM Esports Team From Indonesia Was Disqualified For Cheats

An unfortunate incident happened to the Counter Strike Global Offensive Indonesia team, when the NMEsports team was disqualified from the PGL Asia Minor Championship SEA & India Qualifier tournament, because it was caught using a cheat against an Entity Esports team from India.

One of the NMEsports players, who used to use the nickname Messyah, was known to use cheats, and was banned by Sostronk. This of course tarnishes Indonesia’s achievement, which is doing well in the CS GO International arena.

From some information collected by Ligagame, it is known that players who use Nick Messyah are already known to often use cheats when competing. And besides the NMEsports team being disqualified, ID Messyah was also banned for a year by Sostronk.

The organizers of the PGL Asia Minor Championship SEA & India Qualifier, finally gave victory to the Entity Esports team from India, while the NMEsports team was disqualified from the tournament.

This information reached the ears of IESPA, the Indonesian Esports Association under the auspices of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Indonesia.
Knowing this incident, the IeSPA also imposed a ban for 1 year for players who use this cheat. Where the player is prohibited from participating in all activities monitored and supported by IeSPA.

Several players who join the NMEsports team who are also friends of Messyah will also be monitored by IESPA through the community. Do they participate in using the cheat or not.
IeSPA recommends that Indonesian esports players play honestly and don’t use cheats, because it can damage Indonesia’s name in the international esports community.
