Parody Game 'Cyberprank 2069' removed from Steam

Behind big projects, there must be someone who parodies it. Whether it’s videos on Youtube, movies, and including video games. Many big games such as GTA, Friday The 13th, and many more have got their parodies and you could say these parody games get quite a lot of enthusiasm from gamers.

Now! Recently, there has been a lot of buzz about the parody of Cyberpunk 2077. The parody game which was unfortunately deleted by Valve immediately was titled Cyberprank 2069. Valve removed this parody game not because this game has similarities with the Cyberpunk 2077 game, but because of the description of this game. which does not comply with Steam rules. The developer of the game asked gamers who played the game to give a positive review for their game by promising a giveaway in the form of the Cyberpunk 2077 game to lucky players later.

Of course, this is prohibited by Steam rules which prohibit giving false/false reviews in any form.

Not only that, the game developer also prevents refunds by keeping the game running even though it has been released. Of course, the game can be forced to shut down through the system process, but for those who are not aware that the game is still running, it is likely that the game will exceed the refund duration limit of 2 hours.
