Rumor: GTA 6 Will Come in the 80s in Brazil

Gamers were indeed made curious by Rockstar about what this next game series from GTA 5 would look like. If previously it was said that the Grand Theft Auto 6 game would have a shorter duration than other Grand Theft Auto game series, this time the latest rumor comes from a redditor called JackOLantern1982. He said that the GTA 6 project had actually started in 2012, but Rockstar only focused on GTA 6 after the launch of the Red Dead Redemption 2 game.

1. Has the name Project Americas.
2. Set in Vice City and a new fictional city in Brazil (adapted from the city of Rio De Janeiro)
3. Have a linear mission located in Liberty City
4. Want to balance the arcade feel and realism in the game (but not as realistic as Red Dead Redemption 2)
5. You can only play 1 protagonist, namely the man named Ricardo.
6. Set in multi eras from the 70’s to the 80’s.
7. Ricardo (you) is a drug dealer. You are told as a person who has just started a career in the field by becoming a paid person who used to smuggle Cocaine from Vice City to cities in Latin America.
8. There is another character named Kacey who will be ready to play an important supporting character in the game
9. There is a kind of large prison area that you can feel in one of the stories.
10. Has a Chapter-based story system a la Red Dead Redemption 2
11. Have a really strong weather effect (hurricane, flood, etc.)
12. The city buildings can undergo changes throughout the story. Likewise with vehicles. The more classic and rare the vehicle you have, the more expensive the selling price will be (it has some kind of economic feature).
13. Has a story concept inspired by the Netflix film Narcos.
