Rumor: The Theme For The Next Assassin's Creed Series Is Vikings
Norse mythology themed seems to be used for the next Assassin’s Creed series.
Decision Ubisoft to stop releasing the series Assassin’s Creed every year seems to be the right decision. Having a lot of time to think about a mature concept to give birth to a great series seems to be a consideration for Ubisoft. Ubisoft’s decision can be proven in the release of the Assassin’s Creed series in 2021. Rumors about the theme that will be used by Ubisoft began to grow.
Ubisoft is rumored to be using a theme Vikings or mythology norse for the next Assassin’s Creed series. This is based on 2 existing evidence. First, an Easter Egg in the game The Division 2. In the game, a poster of a man in a red and white robe was found where this color is identical to the Assassin’s Creed series. The poster also has the words “Valhalla” which is a sacred place in Norse mythology. Not to mention that the man in the poster is holding an object that is believed to be the Apple of Eden which is also an artifact from the Assassin’s Creed series.
The second evidence is confirmation from journalist Kotaku who claims to have heard information about the theme used in the next Assassin’s Creed series from 2 independent sources. The Kotaku journalist does believe that Vikings will be the next theme and the passcode he gives is Kingdom.
Regarding this rumor, Ubisoft is still silent. Even so, fans seem to give a good response. So what do you think? Is the Vikings theme suitable for Assassin’s Creed?
