SK Gaming, FaZe Clan, Team Liquid, and Cloud9 Enter ESL One New York Semi Finals

4 Teams have made it to the Semi Finals of the ESL One New York 2017 tournament. 2 Among them are SK Gaming and FaZe Clan with their new player Olof ‘olofmeister’ Kajbjer.

SK Gaming managed to win group A after winning from the EnVyUs team on the Cobblestone map with a score of 16-12. In the next match, SK Gaming met Cloud9 and dominated from the start with a score of 13-2 in the first half. Finally, SK Gaming managed to complete the Train map with a final score of 16-5.

FaZe Clan also managed to wipe out Group B with an easy win against the Virtus Pro team and the Astralis team. Against Virtus.Pro in the Cache map the FaZe Clan team won with a score of 16-5. Meanwhile against Astralis they managed to win with a score of 16-6 on the Inferno map.

Then the next team that passed was Cloud9 who won against the Na’Vi team on the Mirage map with a score of 16-10 and on the Train map with a score of 16-11. For the last team, Team Liquid won against the Astralis team in the Cache map until the round extension to 19-17 and on the Mirage map with a score of 16-12.

Later in the Semi Finals, the SK Gaming team will face Team Liquid and FaZe Clan will face Astralis. The 4 teams will compete for a total prize of $ 250,000, – or about 3.3 billion Rupiah.
