Team EnVyUs Wins in the Gfinity CS:GO Invitational Tournament

Team EnVyUs (nV) won the Gfinity CS:GO Invitational after successfully defeating rival mousesports in the grand final with a score of 3-0, with this result they managed to add to their pocket with a prize money of $50,000.

The Gfinity CS:GO Invitational tournament only competes with 4 teams, namely Team EnVyUs, GODSENT, mousesports and Epsilon eSports. On the way to the garnd finals, Team EnVyUs from France defeated Epsilon eSports with a score of 3-1, while mousesports managed to silence GODSENT as well with a score of 3-1.

The first round of the final was played on the de_cache map, nV which was on the CT side easily won the first half with a score of 11-4. Furthermore, when changing sides, mousesports was able to catch up and force the match into overtime but in the end nV was able to close the first half with a winning score of 19-17.

The second half took place on the de_cobblestone map, until the first half nV won with a score of 10-5 and finally closed with a score of 16-12. In the third round which took place on the de_dust 2 map, the mousesports team playing on the CT side could be far ahead with a score of 11-4, but when changing sides the situation was 180 degrees different because nV could catch up and end the match with a score of 16-14. Overall score 3-0 to the French team .

EnVyUs team players Kenny ‘kennyS’ Schrub and Dan ‘apEX’ Madesclaire were the players who got the highest ratings, namely 1.24 and 1.21. A little information, Team EnVyUs also won the 2015 Gfinity Champion of Champions tournament after defeating Fnatic in the grand final with a score of 3-2.
