US Muslim Advocacy Group Calls for Ban on Six Days in Fallujah!
Maybe most of you are already familiar with the name Six Days in Fallujah. This FPS game was canceled by Konami in 2010 because it reaped various controversies. However, 10 years later this one game re-emerged through Highwire Games.
For those of you who don’t know, Six Days in Fallujah itself is an FPS game that tells a true story about the second war in the city of Fallujah, Iraq. In which there was a ceasefire between the United States, Britain, and Iraq with militants from the Al-Qaeda group. It is known that there were about 2000 people who died in the war.

In addition, there were about 5000 buildings such as houses, schools, and even places of worship were also destroyed because of the war. Now, Highwire Games will take on the role of concocting this game after being canceled by Konami in 2010. This game itself is planned to be released this year as well.
Apart from all that, it was no different from Konami, the release of the game Six Days in Fallujah also reaped controversy under the auspices of Highwire Games. The Council on American-Islamic Relations, or CAIR, the United States Muslim rights and advocacy body asked Sony, Microsoft and Valve to refuse distribution of the game.
Six Days in Fallujah is scheduled to be released this year too!
Six Days in Fallujah is considered to glorify violence against Muslims and also the war that took place in Iraq. The Muslim Advocacy Group considers the game to be an Arab murder simulator that is just trying to normalize violence against Muslims in America and around the world.
In addition, they think that mainstream video games should stop degrading Muslims. Games like Six Days in Fallujah only serve to glorify the violence that claimed hundreds of Iraqi lives, justify the Iraq war, and amplify anti-Muslim sentiment.
Meanwhile, Highwire Games as the developer of this one game said that the game they are working on is a serious game in telling the tragedy that occurred during the Fallujah war. But many people consider the game to be a game that is again pro-American and describe them as heroes in the story.
Apart from that, Six Days in Fallujah itself is planned to be released this year without a definite release date. What is your opinion about this? Give your feedback.
