Vikendi Map in PUBG Will Soon Be Released, Here's the Date

GridGames.ID – Some time ago, PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG) gave a leak about its latest map with a snowy climate called Vikendi.

Well, for those of you who are curious about the latest PUBG Mobile map, there is good news. you know. Vikendi will be released on December 20, 2021 with features that follow cold or snowy climates.

This map will be rolling out with the upcoming 0.10.0 update.

Reportedly this Vikendi map has a trick where later there will be footprints in the snow so it will be easy to find enemies.

Later there will also be a new transportation that is special in winter and also new weapons of course. One of them is a snowmobile which has a capacity of 2 seats for 2 people.

However, a vehicle that runs on snow certainly cannot go as fast as walking on asphalt or grass.

Reporting from the Fox Sports Asia page, Players will find that acceleration on icy terrain will be slow and they will lose control of the vehicle as they accelerate.

There is something unique about this latest PUBG map, the smaller the play zone, the smaller the red zone. In the future, the first circle of each game will also be smaller than the other maps and the size change for the next circle will also decrease drastically.

The Vikendi map size will also be made 6×6, which is the right size when compared to Erangel and Sanhok.
