Starting from Season 7, MPL MY and SG are officially separated, the reason?
As previously known, the MPL or official tournament from the best Moonton became several tournaments, namely MPL ID, MPL PH, MPL MY / SG and MPL MM.
What is surprising is that MPL MY / SG will be separated for the next season or season 7. This news comes from the Instagram of MPL MY / SG.

It is surprising because it has been for six seasons that the MPL MY / SG has been combined. Then what is the reason why MPL MY / SG is separated?
On the Instagram page, in Malaysian it states that.
“MPL Malaysia will be separated from Singapore. We want to provide local content with more quality and greater opportunities for the people of Malaysia to compete”
This means the separation of the MY / SG MPL because it wants to provide even greater opportunities for Malaysian teams to participate.

Maybe there are more and more Malaysian teams, so there will be other teams besides Todak who we know as one of Malaysia’s strong teams. Because often only Todak is seen as the Malaysian team.
As additional information, MPL MY registration will be carried out on January 18, 2021.
