When is Fortnite back for iOS?

When is Fortnite back for iOS? Fortnite is one of the most popular Battle Royale genre games in the world, it can even be said that Fortnite is one of the games that popularized this game.

Not only for PC, Fortnite is also here for mobile. But currently Fortnite is not accessible for iOS users. This started with Epic Games as the developer of the Fortnite game apply a direct payment method for V-Bucks on mobile devices.

Apple responded quickly. Since then, these two large companies have taken legal action. Fortnite has been removed from the App Store and clearly, the player base has decreased significantly every day.

Even though Epic Games is trying to bring the battle royale back to Season 4, Epic is still out of luck. However, the latest courtroom update has shed light for Epic’s release on the Apple Store.

Judge Yvonne Gonzales Rogers of the Northern District of California issued new decision on October 9th. Fortnite itself will not be allowed to return to the App Store amid legal proceedings. With a trial period until May 3, 2021, Fortnite won’t be back at the earliest next year.

This mandatory rule for the V-Bucks payment method must not be bypassed as a large portion of every purchase will go into Apple’s pocket. Unless Epic decides to cancel this and restore it to normal.

Fortnite mobile players at Apple seem to have to wait for the trial period in May, whether they can return to Apple or not.
