Crimson Heist Has Arrived, Rainbow Six Siege Can Be Played For Free Starting Tomorrow!

Entering its sixth year since its release, Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege continues to strengthen its dominance as the most popular competitive shooter game on the market. As a form of appreciation as well as preparation of new content, Ubisoft has presented the arrival of new season via Crimson Heist. This latest season features the Flores operator, rework for the Border map, Gonne-6 weapons, the Match Replay feature, and much more.

One announcement that caught the attention of fans the most was the availability of free access to play the game. So starting from March 18 to 25, Rainbow Six Siege and Crimson Heist can be played for free by all players. This is of course the right moment for those of you who don’t have the game to experience firsthand the playing experience offered.

As we mentioned above, the presence of a new season in this sixth year brings a variety of interesting content. The first is an attacker type operator named Flores. This operator is equipped with a sophisticated gadget called RCE – Ratero Charge, an explosive that can be controlled around the map and detonated on command. Flores is armed with AR33 and SR-25 as main weapons, and GSH-18 for backup weapons. In addition to new characters, players are presented with a reworked Border map. Different map views give players more options from hiding places to ambush that can be tested.

Not to forget, this season brings a different Battle Pass offer, where for the first time the Premium Battle Pass is included with the latest Flores operator. For this reason, players who already have the Premium Battle Pass can immediately play the game with this newest operator, while other players can only open it with Renown or R6 Credits starting March 30.

So like the information above, Rainbow Six Siege can be played for free starting tomorrow on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and PC via Uplay. In addition to access to free play, players can also enjoy a series of the latest content that comes with Crimson Heist.
