Ahead of its Release, NieR Replicant Remake Shows off an Epic-Looking Opening Movie!

As the game’s release draws closer, Square Enix has been more and more active over the past few weeks sharing new details on NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139…. This game, which is a remastered/soft remake version of the original NieR series, does look very promising. And Square Enix further confirmed this assumption after showing off the latest video opening movie of the game.

The video, which is a re-enactment of the original opening game, shows the story scenes and incredible gameplay. Apart from the graphic presentation that looks stunning, especially from the character model, this opening video also feels like mixing the emotions of players with epic and touching scenes. Instead of being curious, you can watch the opening video below (English and Japanese versions):

In addition to the opening video, Square Enix coincidentally has shared other latest details that you can see in our article HERE. The details summarize the introduction of the characters King of Facade and Fyra as well as a collection of new gameplay screenshots. Regarding its attachment to NieR Automata, this game is a prequel that takes place far in the past with some familiar characters such as Emil, Devola and Popola.

Square Enix seems to be continuing to share more details until the release of the game. Chances are they’ll be back showing off a new gameplay video or Launch Trailer. It will also be very interesting if in the future they will present DLC for NieR Gestalt, where the role of the main character is changed to Nier as a father.
