Popular girl K-pop group BLACKPINK will be releasing their much-anticipated first album called “The Album” today to their hundreds of millions of fans around the world. When logging into PUBG Mobile, players can immediately listen to the song ‘Lovesick Girls’ in the game lobby. Lovesick Girls replaces another BLACKPINK song, ‘How You Like That’ which was previously a song that can be listened to in the lobby. PUBG Mobile and Blinks (BLACKPINK fan name) players will be able to enjoy special content and visuals with the release of this latest BLACKPINK album.

From October 2-8, players can see a special billboard for this collaboration in the New Erangel map. In addition, for one month starting from October 2nd, plane airdrop PUBG Mobile will be painted pink and will have a BLACKPINK logo. During this period, the airdrop will use The Album’s colors, themes and emblems, and emit pink smoke upon entering the battlefield.

Since last September 24, PUBG Mobile has revealed various kinds of content and events in their collaboration with BLACKPINK for their players. This includes revamped lobby visuals, loading pages, and in-game events for fans to win exclusive prizes.
