Bora 'YellOwStaR' Kim Becomes Head of Paris St-Germain's Esports Division

The most successful player in the competitive game League of Legends, Bora “YellOwStaR” Kim has a new assignment as head of Paris St-Germain’s esports division. The day before this 24-year-old youth announced his retirement from being an active player in League of Legends.

In his six-year professional career, YellOwStaR won a record 5 League of Legends Championship Series (LCS) championships from the 7 finals he participated in. YellOwStar’s decision to retire as a player due to physical and mental exhaustion during training and matches is the main reason even though his passion for competition is still there.

YellOwStaR’s job as head of Paris St-Germain’s esports division is not as a coach or manager for the team, but he is responsible for finding talented players and forming a team to participate in the LCS championship. As we know the headquarters of this organization is located in Berlin, allowing them to practice against opponents from elite LCS teams while helping players’ skills to grow.

YellOwStaR targets the new team it forms to be able to appear in the LCS championship in 2017. Paris St-Germain’s esports division recently recruited two FIFA 17 players, Lucas “Daxe” Cuillerier and August “Agge” Rosenmeier, who were two-time FIFA world champions.
