In order to maximize quality, the Indonesian game Parakacuk has been postponed to 2022

Of the many new Indonesian games that are present this year, Parakacuk is arguably one of the most sensational. Its interesting premise as a beat em’ up game with the theme of school youth violence in Indonesia unfortunately has not delivered the expected quality, at least from the impressions we and other players got from the demo version.

Approaching the release of the game which is getting closer in October, the Gamecom Team developer today brings new news that is quite predictable to come. This news is confirmation of the postponement of the game’s release to 2022. Although game delays often give an unpleasant impression, in the case of Parakacuk, the game does require longer development time to ensure the expected quality.

From the information shared by the Gamecom Team, it turns out that they were faced with an internal company problem that threatened to close. Because the problem has been resolved, they finally have the freedom to continue developing Parakacuk as it should, namely by ensuring the quality meets expectations and doesn’t feel like a game that was forced to release.

This news certainly brings fresh air and gives a sense of optimism that the game can end with the best results, and also gratitude that Gamecom Team has succeeded in solving their internal problems and can continue to operate actively as a developer.

So like the information above, Parakacuk, which was originally targeted for release on October 29, 2021, has now been postponed to 2022. For the time being the game has only been developed specifically for the PC platform via Steam.
