Legendary Arcade Game The House of the Dead Showcases its Remake Version!
If your childhood was filled with memories of playing arcade games at the mall, then there is a possibility that you already know The House of the Dead. This arcade shooter game was indeed in its heyday and was widely known by many arcade game connoisseurs. Feeling the adventure of hunting zombies while accompanied by the feel of horror still provides a very exciting playing experience.
In order to evoke nostalgic memories and introduce this series to more new fans, publisher Forever Entertainment and developer Megapixel Studio has prepared a remake version developed for the current generation platform. After a long absence without news developments, finally the first details of the game have been officially shared via the gameplay trailer which you can see below:
The quality offered by the game so far is quite promising, especially from the improvement in the graphics which is quite good with the atmosphere of a gripping environment. The developer has made sure that they maintain the same gameplay and control scheme as the original version, so it won’t take long to adapt to the game.
There are various endings that can be obtained depending on the route of the game you take, which of course adds to the replayability. Not to forget this game also supports the option of playing with two players which adds to the fun and challenge of defeating hordes of bloodthirsty zombies.
Unfortunately there is no certainty regarding the release schedule for The House of the Dead Remake, but new information from the press release says that Nintendo Switch is one of the platforms this game will go to.
