Mario Kart Tour's First Anniversary Event is Coming!

After being announced last week, the first anniversary event for Mario Kart Tour has finally arrived. This event will take place from October 7 to October 20.

The first Mario Kart Tour was released on September 25, 2019. After waiting for more than two weeks, the anniversary event has finally arrived. To celebrate the anniversary of Mario Kart Tour, this event brings back five city-themed nitro courses. This event also introduces New Your Minute 3 for the first time.

For the duration of this event, the log-in bonus which normally only lasts 10 days has been extended to 14 days to match the duration of the event. The Event Token will also have a duration of 14 days.

From looking at the anniversary event trailer, some of the special items from this event can be seen. Several drivers have also come back including Pauline and Mario (Hakama) for the first part of the tour. For the second part of the tour, players will get High-End level-boost ticket starting from the 11th day.

One of the most eye-catching items is Shy Guy (Gold) which can also be seen in the trailer. This Shy Guy has a special Giga Bob-omb skill that causes a big explosion. There are still many other items from this event that can be obtained from the Event Shop.
