NetEase Announce Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night for iOS and Android

NetEase and ArtPlay have announced that they are teaming up to develop a mobile version of the popular ARPG Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night. This game will be published globally by NetEase as a premium game on iOS and Android.

Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night (Bloodstained: RotN) is a game side scroller metriodvania with ARPG elements produced by Koji Igarashi. This game was created as spiritual successor from the Castlevania series with gameplay that gives players the opportunity to strengthen their character in a variety of ways using shard different in the game.

Combining strong ARPG elements, gameplay that many fans love, and art style beautiful, Bloodstanied: RotN is sure to attract a lot of attention when it releases on mobile platforms. This game has the same action, gameplay, and content as the console version without any compromise in terms of visuals or smooth gameplay.

In addition, NetEase and ArtPlay will implement several new features unique to the mobile version. The UI and icons of all the different shards have been redesigned to give players the best possible experience. Weapons and combos have also been adapted so that players can customize their fighting style to their taste, even without using a controller. The mobile version also has all of the console version’s DLC at no extra cost.
